If you have questions you should call Arctic Fox direct. They were very helpful when I talked to them.

I had the Arctic Fox 31W Travel Trailer and unlike the others I did not have good luck with it. I had a couple of major problems with it and got the complete runaround on getting them fixed. The main problem was that I purchased it new in Baltimore and then moved here to St. Louis. The local dealership here basically refused to work on it as I had not bought it here. After talking to Arctic Fox customer service several times they forced the dealer to work on it and the work was less than satisfactory. I was not happy with the overall fit and finish of my trailer and I have since sold mine and will not be buying another trailer from them. The Arctic Fox I had still had the wood frame and was much heavier than other units out there which is not a bad thing if you have a Diesel, but is something to take into consideration.

This is the first time I hear anything bad of an Arctic Fox or Nash. I suppose like anything else, it could happen. Something like this is when you should be talking to Ron Nash, owner of Northwood.

The information in Greg's second link says "exterior grade plywood, not strand board". Thanks Greg for sharing the pics and info.

I guess I did not push it hard enough. At that point it was easier to sell it then it was to continue getting the runaround. It was sitting at the dealer for months at a time and I was still paying the monthly payments and having to borrow another trailer from a friend to go on vacations.
