Are all Dodge diesel rear ends the same

I was just wondering, I have a 2001 cummins with the automatic transmission and I was looking at rear ends on trucks with the six speed transmission. The trucks with the six speed transmission have a rear end that looks like it's reinforced better. Is that the only difference or is their more?

..... that's true for 2500s however, all 3500s use the Dana 80.
