2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Are my Springs sagging?

On my 99 2500 I've got a saggin butt problem. I've noticed with our new 5vr the backs drooping a bit. I've measured (eye-balled) roughly 3\4" from the front overload spring to the stop, & about 2 1\2"-2 3\4" from the rear overload spring to the stop.

With the weight of the truck sitting on the leaf springs they don't appear to have that great of a bow to them so I'm wondering if they've just plain gone soft. What kind of spacing are you guys finding? I'll attach a pic or two of what I'm talking about. What do you think?

I just measured mine - front was 2. 5, rear was 2. 75. That's empty.

Picture doesn't do squat. A picture of the whole truck on level ground. Does it set level? Does it sit higher in the rear? Or doese it set higher in the front?

My front coil springs are settling really bad. Truck is quite higher in the rear.

Looks to me like they are sagging, but mines an 01 so I can't be sure. Here's a picture with the shell and bedslide in the truck 200+ lbs
