Traded my 04 Laramie 1500 hemi and 11,400 for my 05 3500 off the lot! That included the 6 disc changer installed. I am very happy considering the 41000 sticker on the 05 and the fact I had to trade and got 25k for the trade.
I paid $38. 5K for mine, ended up being $1K under invoice with the rebates. I have an SLT w/ every option on it, about $5K worth. Side air bags, electric 4x4. premium cloth, 6 disc changer, audio controls, protection, security groups, heated rear window, etc. , etc.
When I ordered it they said 1000 over invoice and that is what is was when I picked it up.
My name is Matt and the prices of these high end end trucks are about $44,000 dollars for a dually here in Long Island New York and a sticker price of $48,000 dollars and I just looked at a 05 laramie 3500 dually 4X4 with a sticker 49,000 and when I spoke to the salesman he quoted me his best price of $42,000 and for a 3500 long bed laramie SRW had a sticker of $45,000 and that could be had for $37,800 and a 2500 SLT $33,500 By the time you are done purchasing the truck you can add another $5,000 to $15,000 in addition to the purchase price pending on the assesories you use for example I paid $44,000 for the truck $2,000 for Putco Master Boss running boards ARE cap $1,200 MPRB dual exhaust $700 installed Kilby Condenser guard $70. 00 Husky liner matts $200. 00 Turbo eliminator pipe $50. 00 Putco door handle covers and light covers front and rear and tailgate $250. 00 Afe air filter $80. 00 Green air filter $85. 00 Lund Stainless steel bug shield $110. 00 Lund SS grill for top and bottom bumper $150. 00 Tail light bar $90. 00 SS wheel trim $70. 00 Aluminum oil cap $25. 00 And hitch cover $30. 00 I have roughly paid for the truck and options $54,000 And I will bet my life on it out there are men who have spent $58,000 to $75,000 on thier trucks and some of these people are on this website, you cant never spend enough on your truck to make it look good or run faster Matt 2004. 5 silver RAM 3500 4X4 Laramie Dually :--)
My truck stickered at $47K. I paid Invoice to the penny. I had Kelly Blue Book invoice pricing and compared it to the dealer's invoice. The invoice from the the Dealer actually had two dicounts that Kelly didn't mention. I ordered my Truck based on Dealer invoice price with no profit nor advertizing added on. The Dealer has other profit built in, such as "Holdback" and other incentives. Yes, the Dealer made available thire pricing. We also agreed with there Holdback. All these pricing are available on the internet. Grizzly
How can someone expect to get 33k for an 03 4x4 SLT auto when you can purchase an 05 just like it for a price that is within 1 or 2k? Did these people really pay MSRP or are they basing their price on the MSRP whether they paid that price or not? Here is a sample link to illustrate what I am referring to.
Okay, it has nice rims and a hard cover but otherwise it is the basically the same truck I priced through a guy you may have heard about from St. Louis!
Just trying to figure out what the actual price should be for used CTD's.
I paid $36,500 out the door, MSRP was almost $47,000. Dealt with about 8 differant car dealers to get this price. Alot of the dealers wouldn't budge on the price because the 325/600 was new in California. Been happy ever sense. Oo.
Mine listed at 49,150, and it is a Laramie 3500 dually, with everything. I haven't found an option that isn't on it. I paid 41 from Dave Smith, in Kellogg, Id. :-laf
Yes, I paid 41k last night. :{ I threw up twice before I signed the papers. I am 34 and this is my first new vehicle. It stickered at almost 46k. It's a 3500 srw quad 4x4 6speed long bed dressed in white. I am still sick to my stomach but I think I will get over it..... eventually. I don't like the cab lights or how big the mirrors are but, I guess I can learn to live with it. I wanted to wait until next year but I do not like the looks of the `06. I figured I might as well make the jump. Hell it's only money and you only live once! I am going back to bed... hopefully the thoughts of payment won't keep up anymore!! :-laf
Said and done, $45. 6k out the door. That was supp with family and friends disc. Too much prob, I know, but it sure is fun! They said I was getting it for $36k, I find that kinda hard to believe looking at the total!
I only have a SLT, no leather or fancy stuff. Didn't have time to order one so had to find one close to what I wanted, so I got some extra stuff, like 6 disc in dash, power pedals, rear slider, but ohh well, the rest is right.
Now, with another 10 or 15 grand, it'll be almost what I want!
