Phil,

The dealer in Eureka, North Coast Auto, is a VERY good dealer. We have bought two vehicles from them and the service is excellant. In fact, that is the reason we bought my wife's LHS from them. Super car. A sensor failed on it. They had the car about three hours. It was fixed, washed, and vacuumed out. The driver's side mirror was knocked off in Provo. We got it fixed when we got back. Again, excellant work and quickly done. Not all these dealers are like your's.

uhhhhh, No, There are not any Good Five Star Dealers out there.
But there is a Good NON-Five Star Dodge/Jeep Dealer in Taft.
The Five Star Rating is a Joke, Just Like the BBB Membership decal on the Window of the FIVE STAR Dealer Named HADDAD DODGE. They are a Joke too.

My Garage and Toolbox have a FIVE STAR Rating, Because I Gave it to Them.
I do All Of my own work, Because,Then I Know the Job was Done Right the First Time.

Never, Ever Let Someone Else work on your Ram If you can help it. Why???. Because its Not their truck, Why would they Care if the Job is/was done right or not?. Whats the Insentive for them?. There is none, Period!.

My Insentive for doing the Job Right is, That I Have A Reliable Truck, That I also Have a Truck that Looks Good, Drives well and will last along time.
