Hello all, just got truck back from dealer, took it in because I had the fuel pressure tested and I was told it read almost 0,had this done in Tennessee.
And the readings I got from the dealer goes as follows---Fuel PSI test transfer supply pump. {Pump reading 10 PSI at idle inlet side and 9 PSI at out of filter.
Engine off 25 second pump actuation PSI is 12 PSI.
Anybody know if this good or bad or middle of the road... . Thanks

I just checked my pressures. The inlet side was 13. 5 and the outlet side was 13
There was hardly any difference between the two. I had 8. 5 under wot. I have a 99

I was just today told by cummins they want no more then 6 psi cranking, and no less then 10 psi running (running means idle or load).

I just finished finally getting a hook up for my fuel gauge and my pressures are as follows-

start cycle- 12 psi
idle- 10 psi
cruising- 7-10 psi
WOT- 2000-2900 rpm- 4-5 psi
WOT- 2900-3200 rpm- 2-3 psi (normal?)

I have also drilled and smoothed the banjo fitting holes to 3/16". These numbers are post filter with a new element. The lift pump filled the canister and lines withen 20 seconds of running.
