Got mine 2 days ago and I am happppppppyyyyyyy. My wife said tonight, "Honey, we can talk with normal voices!" and the body shop owner (where my 02 is getting some touches) said "Wow, that's quieter than my new Duramax" to which I responded "That ain't nothin. Already bought an 04 HO a month before in November. My guess is that they are about the same as far as the power as it takes alot of the horespower to cover up all the smog devices that went into the 600. Im glad I got one of the last 305 hp HO's.

Ordered mine on 02/11/2004, then came home and joined this site even though I have been lurking for a while. Thanks for all the info, all the reading took up the time I had to wait for the 600 to be released since I am in California.

I found the rail car my truck is on at the rail yard. They would not let me take a peek (it never hurts to ask!). I am a little worried the new auto show will be here soon and I dont want the truck going there. I have a buddy that it happened to. They put his truck in the local new car show for 4 days. I may try to get a picture of my truck being unloaded from the train car.
