Actually that has been a rumor for about 4 yrs now. They actually addressed it on their website at one point. Old Bridge Township Raceway Park I looked for it again briefly but i wasnt able to find the writeup from them.

The town has been trying this for years- yet they love the revenue that comes to town when a big event is happening at the track... . So far these are only rumors, the Napps have addressed this on the track page- and I remember it being a non-issue. Raceway Park is staying.
