anyone know if the fifth gear cover housing has different size bolts for different set ups i just got a rebuilt from blumenthals and cant find the right bolts (2) that hold the transfer case shifter onto the transmission housing i got 2 bolts left over but they wont fit!!!!!!!

if the bols are too small they may have been drilled and retapped. I would ask the rebuilder what they did.

yeah i just went out and bought 2 new bolts. it just bothers me that I got 2 bolts left over now. I'll be scratching my head for the next 6 months wondering about them
