How do you clear the address memory

Blue Antifreeze?!?

NOT.

I'll post details later, after the cuss words stop venting onto my keyboard. I'm afraid I'll fry the word filter.

Feel fre to share your expriences, while I'm cooling down.

I have Ameratech here. If you call with a problem don't expect to much help. They always say it is in your phone lines. Never in theirs. LOL

The answer I like is they will call back in 15 minutes. They want to do a line check. Now I have talked to a few linemen that work for them. There is no way they can do a line check from their terminal. This is what the linemen have told me. :D

I chopped my neighbor’s underground phone line while digging out a stump. The phone company kept on sending out servicemen, who did not have the tools or training to splice the direct bury cable. It took an incredible amount of calling, *****ing, and pleading, then finally I got the phone number for a splicer. Anyway, after about 3 days of my neighbor having no phone service, the fellow came out and fixed the phone cable. The problem is that you have to get through about a dozen layers of bull**** before you get to the people that can actually help you.

Good luck,

Peter

I've had nothing but bad luck with AT&T. They seem to thing that "No" somehow means "yes switch me over to AT&T". They've done that to me acouple of different times and to my parents also.

Nathan

we had a long distance agreement with att for approx 24$ a month

wife gets a bill for 30$ with a 6$ "surcharge"

wife gets agreement out calls att asks what the surcharge is for

operator states that it is to help recoup losses the company has been having lately ...

wife tells operator that we've had some hard times here in WV also ... i'll be sending YOU a bill ... operator replies "don't be ridiculous"

wife cancelled long distance and sent a check for 24$

now we use our cells for all long distance calls ... at no add charge with the plan we've got

att can kiss my big ol' behind

if we can find a house to buy with cell service i won't have a hardline ... . satellite internet service and cells

Screw AT&T, after trying to figure out why I could not recieve my messages in a timely manner,( usually on Sunday late at night I would get mine from the last 3 days all at once)I switched over to Verizon. Seems to have great coverage even when I'm out on the open road heading to who knows where!!

I have a certain guy that I call once a month to ***** at when I get my bill. They are supposed to credit you the call after it drops and you call the exact same number right back. I have to "help them" fix them every month. I am on the irrate customer list!!!

O ya, I will tell you who I hate more is Office of Recovery Services. They change my case worker more then I change my underwear.

I was the one that petitioned the case so I could see my son, but they still treat me like ****.

AT&T

If you have AT&T internet service and you call to cancell, they will drop the price of the dial-up rate $10/month if you offer to stay.

A few years ago an AT&T telemarketer called me and offered me what seemed like an unbelievable deal complete with lots of airline miles if I would switch. So I switched, only to find out the S. O. B. lied to me. There were several charges for things he said would be free, and no miles!

But I can't really complain too much, for awhile during the AT&T Vs. MCI wars, I was switching every year or so, just to cash the $60 checks or just to get the 5,000 free miles. So I guess we are even now!;)

I can see 5 cell towers from my house. You cannot hold a AT&T call for more than a few minutes at best. They begged me to stay, while refusing to drop the charges on the multiple redials.

Ah Yes ATT...

If your refering to their miserable wireless service Gene, then I feel your pain. A while ago while my Mother was lying in a coma dieing the wonderful people of ATT Wireless(where she was a customer service rep) were trying to fire her for not showing up for work( a ploy to stop any benefits from being paid). A trip to the attorney's who contacted the local labor board and that crap was stopped. Since her passing I have vowed to never use ANY ATT service again. I'll end with that as just remembering what they were trying to do infuriates me... ... ... Andy

You think ATT is bad, try Nextel. My contract is up on the 26th of Aug.

19 days 22 hours and 59 minutes till I port my numbers.
