Where will it stop for you?

wow LOW miles

You are right about making change at the voting booth. It is the only tool we have. Only half of the voters vote. The other half needs to wake up. By not voting the crooks out we are giving our country to the Socialist. At 79 I have seen a lot of change. People seem to be more interested in sports than how we are loosing our country. If their team wins that is all that matters. What is happening in Washington DECEIT if far more important but not enough people care or believe there is a problem. The way people stuck together in and for a while after WWII is how they should be doing now. There seems to be a new mind set. If you don't like it ignore it. How long would a team last if half the players let the other half of the players win for them. You know how long. Half the voters depend on the other half. Half is not enough. Sitting around and making excuses does not support your country. Nobody gives a DAMN freedom is not free. Our freedom is bought and paid for by our Military Personnel. So that this country remains free as many as necessary come home in a Coffin. Those are the Heros, nobody else. Nobody seems grateful anymore. That is shameful and the punishment just might be loosing our country and then our freedom will be gone. We need to support and respect our Troops and vote the idiots in Washington out. We can take our country back, but will we???????

Well said!!!

Mr Burchfield, Exactly,

But I have lost faith in the ' vote them out '
as the current process is stacked in favor of those voting for there 'Free Ride'

Sorry to be a Grinch guys, especially in this Holiday season - but the fact is, trying to revive this dying and dead country is like beating a dead horse - it's a lost cause that won't be revived in or out of a battlefield or voting booth... ;(

About all that remains as to the USA we loved, grew up in and have now lost, is to attempt to at least keep the boat level as it slowly but surely sinks - and support and save as many close to us as we can, as long as we can.

What we once had is gone forever, and will never return - sorry, but fact is fact - anything else is pointless denial - and if you don't believe me now, you will eventually...

I had to bring this one back up. Well I saw diesel @ $4. 14 thee other day and what really made me laugh was this one:

It's all fact for sure I feel the same way... but look at what we have to vote for. Especially now w/ the "presidential" election. The three stooges! It makes me sick to think of where this country is going.

In my personal opinion, the American electoral process is not a contest to pick who is most likely to win the election.

Rather, it is an opportunity for you to choose who you want for president.

That means you don't need to vote for one of the mainstream candidates, even though we've all been brainwashed into believing that not voting for a mainstream candidate is "throwing your vote away".

Perhaps if more people recognized this things would be different.

$4. 44 here in Eastern Oregon - $4. 39 at Flying J near Lodi, Ca. , where we'll be heading in 10 days - and prices still expected to rise, with NO end yet in sight...

Election "get America back on track"? Yeah, SUUuuuuure it will... #@$%!

Washington DC has an ENDLESS supply of "Stooges", vote ONE out, and then get an exact replacement! ;(

AH, if only I had the option! :-laf:-laf

We don't ALL live in areas where it's available - and, I wonder if the bio stuff is remaining stable at previous pricing levels, or "mysteriously" increasing in step with diesel fuel prices? ;)

Bio moves with diesel. Where I fill up the price stays within about 10-15 cents under diesel. I filled up today with B100 ( 50/50 cottonseed oil and canola oil )@ $4. 10/gal, diesel is $4. 29/gal. Everytime diesel goes up the bio does the same.

You guys who think you can change the country by voting are hilarious, and misguided. Are there going to be people on the ballot, with a chance of winning, other than Hillary, Obama, or McCain? None of them will make a bit of difference.

Hang on... the diesel cars will come. We got a 2006 VW Jetta TDI last year and are tickled with the 50+ mpg hwy. I think these cars are the most overlooked on the mileage scene.

There are many European gasoline cars with a 60MPG and 60 MPH average, plus they have no trouble reaching 90 MPH. Granted Imperial gallon 1/5 larger than US gallon, so you would be averaging 60 MPG. I have driven a number of makes there, gasoline and did not find them lacking power, frankly all seem to be G. P. drivers.
