Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Ats Arc Flow Mainfold

I waited a month for the new ats arc flow b/c it was backordered. The guy at ats said the shipment was sent back b/c something was wrong with either the casting or powder coat, he wasn't sure. I was tighting up the new ats and the top relief hole where the longer bolt goes cracked. The washer fell into the mainfold. I couldn't believe it. The cast was only . 030 thick on one end. Very thin. I was able to fix it b/c i had the right tools and welder but i was wondering if this has happen to someone else. When it cracked it was torqued at 20 pounds. It's a great product just needs the casting on the holes to be thicker.
