mprtrpr, just noticed you're at Montrose, Co. I'm one of those out of state flatlanders, (Ark. ) who show up about this time of year to enjoy the area off Divide Rd. in the Uncompahgre. So on the afternoon of the 15th, if you happen to see a red 3500 with a red topper pulling a red trailer and leading a Z71 and some Powerstrokes up the mountain. That'd be me.

Now if we can just get a little weather in, from the reports I've seen, it's been a little warm your way.

Isn't the west side of the divide road draw area only? 61?

Hey, that is where I hunt. You better not be taking off with my Elk. Just Kidding. I hunt up there too. Last year mostly in Sawdust pile or in Sileska. I had some flatlanders;) freak when I drove my old 440 powered Power Wagon past there modified Jeeps and some other trucks and went back on the trail into more than 18 inches of snow with no chains. I actually passed two guys walking down the trail, they stopped and checked out my truck when I parked over a mile further in than they could go. Still had to walk over 2 miles to where I hunted, rough country. Seriously though, send me an e-mail and maybe we can get together while you are here, I would love to see some of your trucks.

I could give a RA about the "postometer". If I did, I'd have to post every 60 seconds like Kat does or illflem used to. :D (note the date I signed up as opposed to theirs)

I couldn't resist poking some fun ;) , I know you weren't trying to rack up your post count.

I remember when you and Scott1 would go on a posting frenzy out of boredom a couple years ago, and I also remember some guys going hog-wild with smileys too  I think you guys were the reason we are now stuck with this 8-smiley-per-post limit  LOL

I do miss Scott1 and Rob and CMECHANIC and bmann and a few other good men too :(

Ditto Vaughn. . all were good men and TDR members although, Scott and Rob were very good personal friends of mine... one of them still remains so.
