Just got an ats arc flow for my 07 5. 9 and can,t seem to get it to line up with the intercooler tube!! Should I just send it back or does anyone have some kind of solution for this problem. Maybe diffrent boots?? Not very happy with thie unit!!! Any imput would be great THANKS.

Come to find out this inatke should have came with a diffrent hump hose. Contacted ATS and the correct hose is on its way. thanks guys!!!

You got ATS to answer you??? I have the Arc-Flow and had difficulty with the install. No one answered the phone when I called so I tried e-mail. That was a dead hole also. I finally fanagled the hose onto the intake but it isn't a picture perfect fit. I am getting ready to upgrade my 48RE soon and I can tell you who is NOT getting my money. Just my two cents.

Customer service is the single-most important part, if you fall down with that, you might as well throw in the towel to it all. Even if you have the greatest products out there, you shoot yourself in the foot by not having good customer relations.

Glad to hear that they are taking care of you DWakefield.

Not so glat to hear about your issues DaveHess. Bright side, someone else will treat you right and you will still be acomplishing the task you need and helping to/keeping their doors open and people working.

I, personally, would ship it back simply because it doesnt/cannot use the factory boots. If the boots/pipes dont align it was poorly engineered. It is prolly just a 2nd gen and they threw a different boot on to make it fit. Now, if you buy a set of good boots, one wont fit. and if you have a problem with blowing that boot how do you get a better one??

CD you are absolutely right. I don't mean to sound cavalier and I sure as heck do not have money to throw around, but I WILL pay more for a product from a company that makes quality products or a company that is above reproach in their customer service after the sale. I don't pretend to think everyone out there loves Geno's Garage but they are my very first stop when I am looking for something for my Ram because there have been minor issues with products I have purchased from them and they have NEVER left me hanging. Responses to me whether telephonic or e-mail have always been prompt and fair. And I would add outright friendly! The guy at PSM (can't remember his name) is another example of a business stepping up to make me (a customer) satisfied with my purchased product and happy. I could spend a whole page here with my talks with Dave Goerend. Another outstanding customer oriented business!!!

So, my conclusion was my $300+ ATS Arc-Flo intake purchase and subsequent fitment issues were apparently too small an item for ATS to even bother with. Cause Lord knows I would never consider upgrading turbos or transmissions in the future...

Sorry about the rant but I get tired of getting peed on because I am a little guy who has to save money over time to make even a $300 intake purchase. I'm done now!

Not completly happy with this product even with some corospondence. The plugs they supply with intake two did not fit they threaded right threw and would not tighten. Maybe if I would have resurched this a little better I would'nt have made this mistake!! Knowledege is power and right now I have none because my intake won't fit. P. S. I still do not have the extra hose.
