Craig,

As far as I know the big Dyno Day is Sunday. There may be a couple of special runs on Saturday, but not much. The competition is Sunday. I'll be there Saturday most of the day for sure and will most likely hit the local Old Chicago late Saturday afternoon. My wife's birthday is Sunday so I will only be able to go for a short time on Sunday. See you there.

Mike, isn't going to the dyno day your gift to her? :D

Nick,

I don't think thats going to work. I thought she wanted some traction bars, but I was mistaken. It was my other love that wanted the traction bars. I going to have to pony up and get the wife something decent, like maybe some new furniture or something. If I was smart and got it ahead of time, who knows about Sunday. Remember Nick, you gotta have a plan.

Anyone want to donate propane for the "Make a lot of noise and smoke" demonstration of my turbocharger gas turbine? Feel free to bring a 22 pounder or bigger! Last time I demo-ed it I cooked a bratwurst, all the way through, in 30 second. Tasted like propane though...

Nick

I'll try to be there as much as I can.

We have this little "Nuclear Weapons Surety Inspection" going on.

I guess losing nuclear certification is a big deal, or so I gather.

Guys! See my thread in the central events thread next to this one for my jet engine.

Sleeper driver, I mean Mike, count me in for 2, me and Mack for sure. Brother and PSD (his company truck) driver (who wants a Dodge) lives close and may stop by.

Hey Guys,

I am looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday. This should be quite an event with everyone who will be there and everything going on. I have heard that Brandon Parks, the advertising manager for the TDR is supposed to be here for this. I'll have a table set up with the club banner so stop by and say hi.

So you guys know, I have a meet set up at Central Motive Power here in the Denver area on Saturday March 19th. They are a diesel injection service shop that rebuilds VP44's, injectors, does diagnostics and other stuff. They will also be providing LUNCH and give aways. I'll put up the details in another post and probably some info on Saturday about this. I have been to some in the past and felt it was worth my time.

I'll see everyone on Saturday.

A great day with a bunch of diesel heads...

It was good to see a bunch of folks- quite a turnout! As usual I did come away with good information. Thanks to the speakers and every one at ATS for another banner event! I wish I could make the Sunday Dyno event.
