I had both parts installed today at Bedels Transmission in Seymour Indiana

2 workers here at Bedels own and drive Cummins 4x4's.
At first this shop was resistant to installing just a torque converter and valve body, because they have had problems
with a local Performance Diesel shop selling a cheap converter and VB setup that has caused them problems.
It took a little while to convince them this was not a high pressure set up that would kill some of the seals in the transmission, and it did not require any tinkering or "magic" to install.
I'll start off by saying, I dont know how I ever drove the stock transmission.
I didnt know what I was missing out on.
Every shift with the ATS Triplelok Torque converter is firm, responsive, and I feel like im getting a hell of alot more power at the ground.
Even slight accelerations are conducted instantly to the ground, not like the stock set up (push and wait).
Shifts are earlier, on time, consistant,
and within the torque band.
Next goes in the Lock up controller, and Edge Comp
