ok... I pulled the trigger and put the Eagle 058 17x6 alloy wheels and Firestone Transforce tires (ya I know dont go there they are better than what I had on there!!) and wow what a difference... I am guessing at least 100lbs of rotating (probablymore but I aint no math wizz!) mass was taken off my truck by changing wheels... . those with 2wd trucks will understand when I say nor more jiggle over railroad tracks... going down the freeway is sooo smooth. feels light thru the steering wheel etc. . I only had 20k on the orig tires (badyear SRA's) but they were cracked so bad i had to replace them... . some will say that these wheels arent up to the task of heavy load carrying but they are only 170lbs less load carrying than the Forged Alcoa (that isnt made in a 17 yet that I know of) so I figure that aint too bad... . I think the truck looks great... click on my webshots and let me know what ya all think (i guess the photos are too large to download here ... hey... I am a car guy not a computer dude!!

Looks awesome. The truck looks a clone to mine. Did you keep the factory wheels on the inside dually?

thanks midnight... yes I did keep my inside steelies as I will only replace the front tires from now on... should get about 100k+ out of the rears and with the inside steelies still on the truck I still have the load carrying capicity if I so need... ... oh and your right our trucks are clones... Silver IS best isnit???? (let the color wars begin!!!!! :-{} )
