I take it the 7th sounds good for everyone? Is the resturant choice ok? I have another place in mind that has a great variety and a great price for the quanity, they just opened a few weeks back... Castillo's Family Restaurant. Either way I wanna have a idea of number attending so I can call ahead for the room. Paul where did you go... . ?

Guys, sorry I haven't been around. I've been on the road a lot, and had some issues with the 3500 I picked up two weeks ago. Got the truck running, but will be heading out to San Diego on the 14th for the first Off-Road race of the season.



Dave, didn't catch the post for Sunday. I would've driven over to show off the truck.



Can we look at a date in June? I have a small window of open dates because of the racing season, but would still like to get together. I'll check my schedule and post some open dates.

I was dropping some parts off in Big Bend and that took longer than I anticipated. I'll keep watching for a new date. :{

I got back from Vegas later than expected on Saturday afternoon. Sunday was spent mowing the fields...

sorry i couldn't make it either. i was roofing with a couple of friends all weekend. maybe the next date if we don't have to do any more roofs on the weekends.

sounds like a good idea to meet up first then go to da-grove.

not going to make the huckstorf meeting on the 12th either. gotta quit doing these darn side jobs. gets me more money for the truck though. i'll be looking for the next meeting from ya'll.

Hey Dave, sorry 'bout this past w/e. Was hoping to try to make it but since I wasn't sure I didn't post on this.



As for the 4th, what about the following w/e. The following was posted somewhere on this site:



"Our “Diesel Fest” this year is again combining drag racing (Friday June 9th) and pulling (Saturday June 10th) at the “Challenge of Power” event at the Racine fairgrounds, which just happens to be a DHRA pull!"



The wife and and are trying to plan on going to the pulls since I can't make the Friday night drags. Maybe we could do a lunch in conjunction with the Sat pulls??? What ya think...

How about we make it both weekends the 4th and the 10th that way if you miss one you will have a good chance at the other. The 4th we can do at wild wings and the 10th we can meet at the fair grounds or before for those who dont wanna watch the pulls. And for those staying overnight from 9th to 10th I might have to do a bonfire if the weather is decent for those interested let me know.

June 10 might be good for me. I am going to try "come Hell or high water" to get to the DHRA pull.

I'll definitely make it to the pull on the 10th(being that it's right in my backyard Oo. Oo. ). I'm going to have to work almost every Saturday from now on , but I'll be out of work before the activities start.

Can't make it this w/e since the wife & I are headed up to the air show in Manitowoc this w/e but we are planning on the pulls on the 10th. I beleive the pulls start at 7pm so maybe we can do a little tailgating prior

Johhny, there is an airshow on the 10-11th in Janesville looks to be pretty good, my son wants to see the yankee air force b-17, not a long drive like two rivers.

Dave, yea I saw that when we were searching for info on WI Air Shows... Will have to check it out to see if we can fit it in w/ the pulls that w/e.
