Travis,

I seem to recall, you begging to be let in, as you were needed to drive the tow vehicle, and I said fine, just stay in the truck. And as soon as I look up, there you are, milling about the track.

And correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't your teams two helpers turn into about 5?

Gene, you are referring to Dan "Nordi" who drove the push truck, and wouldn't get out of his truck in the weighting/staging area under your orders, as did my younger brother who was my second helper, they didn't do anything against your rules. Now, how did you manage to get five out of three?

Yea, NORDI! Ford guys all look the same to me.

Wasn't my rule, it was Special Events, and when you blew, there were people everywhere. It wasn't the staging area that was a problem, it was the track area.

I know because the guy in charge was standing next to me, counting people, and I tried to tell him about the mod guys and the extra band... and he said that would be 3, I count 5.

uhhhh, must be a security problem at the gate, eh?

uhhhh, must be a security problem at the gate, eh?

Hmmmm. .

I knew I should have went to Missouri with you Gene and you tried to tell me you didn't have a job I could handle.

Why not make the rules alot easier for those who pull to understand. do it like this.....

#1-Purchase a rule book for the sanctioning body/association/track you plan on pulling with/at.

#2-When signing in make sure you follow all the rules set for the day, including drivers meeting attendence and when you pull. Missing a driver meeting means automatic disqualification.

#3-If there are any other questions please refer to you rulebook and/or show rules to get your answers.

This would sure make your job easier... ... Andy

Rule #1297: Shut up and take notes..... GOD has spoken.

Hahahahahahaha... . Gene god, hmmmmm. . Nah... Its more like this, Sled Puller. . "The Master Of His Domain and Almighty Ruler Of The Sled"... ... ... Andy

They all claim that, but it seems as soon as the hook drops, a puller will sell his own mother, to get an advantage!!

Except me, I'm always friendly, cheerful, and tell the next 5 guys in line behind me what the tracks doing, and I have always had an open hood policy, no secrets!

Just remember to think, WWSPD? while you are hooking up! :-laf

Okay, I know I am going to regret this but I have to ask..... What does WWSPD? mean any way????

re.

It's funny how alot of guys give old Sleddy a hard time on the forum, but as soon as we get to a pull ,they are usually the first ones over asking him how the track is,and what gear to pull in.

LMAO!! I was worried for a minute-thought he was going to say Killed In Action!

I don't think "everyone" is stoopid, and I don't know it all, but I will share all I know, if you ask.

And after I tell you the truth about the track, I'll mess with your head so you beat yourself, ask Tomac and Gullet. :-laf ;) :D -and Redram1!

No sense in pulling my area anyway, unless you like to lose.

rule number #25 when your done pulling remove yourself and your vehicle from the track. Don't sit in your truck and make the track people work around you.
