I heard from some higher ups that if the water was delivered in a vehicle traveling faster than 45MPH on the highway it had to be SFI rated, and carry a C4L rating.



It can only be transfered by an ASE Master technician.

Matt might be on to something here. Last year I'm sure his pee had more alcohol then what would be a 50/50 mixture if the same about of water is added.
