Avan, what sort of times are your running?



Faster times are easier to impress the track guys with.

No clue as of yet. The thing is still in the theory stage. I was just asking because if I build it I would like to race it. I imagine It will be in the 12s or the like if the budget holds. This is a long range project but one that will get built, its just a mater of time and money (ring a bell ?) Thanks for the responses and I would love to check out your ride HVAC.



PS I do have a valid membership ride. (94’ 5 speed 2wd dually #5 plate and 4” exh. )

Get that thing in the 12's and we'll make room for you to race!



We'll just sneek you up to the line in the bed of my truck and jetison you just prior to the bleech box. Kinda like the movie Aliens:-laf



The alternative would be for you to have a S10 fiberglass body over your TDI so it appears to be a truck



Let's go for it, after all, it's your money not mine! Oo. Oo.

This thing will be different than any thing I know about presently. Let me just say that people are swapping to many S. B. chevys into hot rods and I think the world of hot rodding should be introduced to the land of 500 HP CUMMINS DIESELS. What is planed will not fit in the bed of any pickup. As mentioned before this thing is only in the planning stages. Not a TDI, although I think the TDI is a fine car and an astonishing performer, even in stock form. (The Germans are very good at building cars).
