ATTN 04.5+ 6SPD owners using juice w attitude

Just got off the phone with Jared in their tech support dept. I have been having an issue with the monitor not (booting). It will turn on but no read outs will show. Engine temp stays at 40 and so does IAT. Rpm stay at 0 and so does boost. Also you can not adjust the power levels. He said that with in the last few weeks the have come up with a solution to this. Each Dodge transmission has its own bus comm signature. Since Edge used a default signature from a auto transmission the 6spds are having a miss comunication with the ecm. The g56 and nv5600 both have a different code that they use to communicate over the bus. Edge will warrenty this issue. Please call and confirm the information from above. But have your model number rev # and build date of both the juice and the attitude monitor.

I have a 04. 5 6 speed. I have had it in for about 3 months now. Only once it acted up for about 3 hours, where the display kinda froze and it threw a 2149 code. I think that was the code, never did write it down and my memory is kinda weak! Anyways, it just defaulted back to stock. I called and left a message with Edge, and they actualy called back and said if it happens again they will warranty it no problemo. So far I am not to concerned, because they sound like they will back their product.

They definitely do back their product. They have already warranted one box for me for the code setting issue. Now with this new box I havent had one code so that was fixed now with this new trans difference issue they are having is kinda annoying but they did say that if I place the receipt for shipping in the box with the whole juice setup that they will send a check for shipping along with them overnighting it back to me.
