Rawlins? Heck, you probably could have waited 15 minutes or so and that dust would have been on it's way to Laramie :-laf
We were living in Helena at that time. Went to bed with the windows open and in the middle of the night it was STILL hot and there was a strange orange glow from the street lights. Next morning there was this grey dust everywhere.
Must have been incredible in WA.
