Competition looking for pics

Ted, do you have your hotel yet? I think we will hotel it instead of the camper this time. Penny wanted to give you "boys" a chance to win so she is staying home. :p

Lets pick one to INVADE!!!! :-laf

Timmy likes getting spanked, at least thats what I hear.....

No David I haven't gotten a hotel yet, I am having some "issues" that I have to get straight still.

Morse, I think your going to have to run very low 7's to even be competitive, and I think the winner will be in the 6's.

hey david, looks like a last minute thrash coming, got the turbos back now my transmission and coverter are sitting somewhere in the us but nobody can tell us where? i'll be there in somthing. I think its a sabatose to keep me from winning my own dam race. What gives yous people?

Hey bear, word is your not coming maybe you let scott bring it and beat the hell out of it, he may just be the last truck running

When you say, Pro Street, are you talking diesel or gassers, trucks and/or gassers? Just want to know who Darren has to beat.

. . Preston. .

Preston,

Timmy's race will have some other cars there also but unless Darren can take another 2 seconds off his 1/8th mile times, he will need to just race with us. Here is a link to the times that were run at there last top 8 doorslammer event :

Unless somebody is feeling froggy and wants to grudge match some of those guys, then we are just scheduled to race ourselves.

Here is a link to an event flyer also:

Timmy,

I am not going to make it out there this year but don't relax just yet, cause my truck might show up still just with a different driver. Its got some new stuff on it now too, so you better be ready if it does show.

Teddy bear might not be coming smokin ram wussed out as usual BUT I WILL BE THEIR BUDDY NOT AS A SPECATOR EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I will have my own winch and speedy dri to0

Well Hats off to Tim Helms (TopFuel6) for hosting a great time.

Darren Morrison won the event in the final round against Buck Spruill's Duramax with a 6. 69 @ 102 and change. He impressed the crowd with a 104. 5 mph pass earlier in the day before the heat crested 95 degrees.

Buck Spruill took second with low 7 second passes, Jeff Garmon is beginning to work the bugs out of his ride with a best of 7. 24 @ 97 in his ride. Tim lost a turbo after his 1st qualifying pass.

We need to do this again folks. Tim has a great dragstip. Perfect for a diesel weekend. While we only had 4 Pro Street trucks, there were more in brackets, and the 4 second door slammers were awesome. The crowd went nuts when the diesels ran, with the only complaint I heard being there weren't enough of them. But when Buck and Darren exited the traps in the finals, there was not one person still sitting down. :-laf Awesome final.

Congrats to Darren for the win.

David is correct and i wanna thank him for coming out with the dyno. It was a great time thanks goes out to ,Tim, Jeff and mike for allowing us to host it at their track. The heat sucked but hey we still had a good time . Even with the d ay before thrashing tim had tried to put a run down but a turbo grenade got us but we will see if we can make the changes for GA and come out with a solid pass. thanks to everyone that showed for the support we will be back next year

IT was good to see you again Scott... I hope your post means you are home safe and sound...

See ya in a month... . WITH TEDDIE... . :p

David the only time you'll see teddie bear is to go to his lacasa(house)

I really appreciate the ones who came out sat, Dave was right the crowd loved it, hope we can do this again soon, had a great time, maybe next time i'll get to play, Tell Darren all he did was make me want it more, oops I think I just found another stash of cash, Oo.

Hope to make ot in sept down there

it was the B-2 that bit the dust

2 turbos from the same shop in 10 days gone does'nt mean good business :(

Well Geez Tim, Piers pump, twins, Mass Diesel injectors, N2O, 8000 lbs of boost, draggin the rear bumper on a launch and you lose a turbo? What did you expect? :-laf

SOMEONE NEEDS TO DETHRONE DARREN DYNO GUY CANT RACE TO BUSY TO RUN LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will see ya in GA hopefully with a fullpass this time.

I don't know of any video, we got some pics though.

Scott, Mike will be running the dyno at Atlanta since I will be busy running the diesel classes. But I will have Penny ready for action in my truck. Thinking since it's heavy, 950hp should do it. :-laf
