August 25th Dyno Day/Mason Dixon Chapter Start-up

It is necessary that we know by Sunday evening, August 19th, how many people are going to have their trucks dynoed ($60. 00 for three runs) so Ernie can schedule his day. We should be starting at 8 AM that day. Apparently there are some Phords that also want to run on the dyno that day, time permitting. Please post if you are going to dyno your truck on that day. Also, remember the main reason for this event is to start-up a local chapter, so be prepared to kick this around on Saturday.

I'm glad you've decided to dyno your stock ETH/DEE. This will serve as a baseline for me also to determine if the Banks stuff I added really make an improvement or it just the "seat of the pants feel".

Not Dynoing due to stock????,,Why not,,Its a great way for you to baseline tuneup,,I have already had mine on once and will do it again if we do not fill up the time,,I've been getting some questions from some of the Furd gang I work with about using the jet but am reluctant to ok it as we want to get our Chapter off and running first,,Its entirely up to you guys who dyno's and who don't,,I'll say this after numerous chats with Ernie,he's looking forward to seeing more trucks and their power,,I have my step brother coming to take the photo's while we are there(don't be to hard on his poor little Saturn),,This is our day lets have fun and a great day of laughs,,I am myself planning to clean up the "Red Rocket"(fresh off another win in my class at Carlisle)and showing at Round Top's show later if we get done in time,,I'll post a way for everyone to reach me later in the members only area,,Looks like a fun day... .

UPDATE ** UPDATE

Hammer and I went to Ernie's today and here are some updates.

1. Anybody that wants the results of their dyno run can have it on a 3-1/2" disc. You can supply your own or he will sell you one dirt cheap.

2. We told him to rent a Porta-John for the day since his shop has no facilities and that we would chip in for the cost.

3. We want to clean up after ourselves when we are done so we don't wear out our welcome.

4. Cliff (Oasis 3), no problem with the late run.

5. We will be starting at approx. 8AM so you guys that wanted to run early can do so.

6. I'm going to try and put some signs (TDR with an arrow) from route 15 to Ernie's facility on Friday evening.

If I think of anything else before Friday I will try to post it.

Look forward to seeing everyone there on Staurday.

Ok gang,,If anyone for Saturday is in question of where you are going my number has been posted in the members exclusive area in the Travel Companion so it is only available to our gang,,JStyers is also,so,IF,and I'm not saying we can not follow the directions(since I do drive and even with DETAILED directions I can get lost easily) get lost call either one of us and we'll help you out,,I have squashed the brand-x intruders that are or wanted to come,but,one never knows who'll show up you know that,,As soon as I get in Saturday morning I'll be there and I'mm going to bring my Weber Silver C to help play chef,,I am looking forward to this and have got assurances from Ernies gang they'll pull till curfew(you know the one,neighbors complaining johnny law comes) and that is 9 pm if needed,,So Oasis-3 make sure you do like that wrestler says-- JUST BRING IT!! ,,Oh well so much for too much tv,,Any other questions gang look up my # in the PA companion and call,,If I do not answer its cause I'm sleeping(and do I need my beauty rest) so leave me a number and a time to call and I will,,So its on,be there or be square,,See Ya then... .
