I missed it completely!!



I didn't realize that the lights could be viewed this far south. Is there a sight that lists future viewings?

I'd guess you just have to be in the right place at the right time Wowzy.

I was working that night, and I didnt see any. If they were viewable in my area, I would have seen them. Whenever I'm out at night, I'm looking up!!

I do see that someone here in NJ saw them though.

I have never seen them, but I guess it was visible even up my way. Maybe sometime I will get the chance. I'm with Wowzy, do any of you guys know how to anticipate when they are visible?

Ok, From what I gather, it is a "Coronal Mass Injection" from the sun that causes this phenomenon.



Gosh! and all this time I thought it was some sort of new Bosch fuel system for our trucks.



I haven't had any luck on finding any sites that show predictions of future solar storms. Anyone that finds any sites please post them.

The light show Monday in MT was one of the best I've seen. Looked out the window and thought a forest fire was shinning off the clouds, it turned out to be much better than that.
