Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Aurora MST?

Does anyone know of a release date, and a set in stone price, this is exactly what I'm looking for, price is rumored to be around $3000, but I haven't heard anything for awhile. Thanks for any information.

Release date is 12/**/05. Oh wait, that was last year... . Who knows. It's supposed to be released in 3 months everytime we talk to them.
