Lowered rear of truck.

Do the Hummer wheels have the same offset as the stock wheels?

I have been trying to program the power door locks to unlock automaticly when I open the drivers door. I can get them to auto lock at 15 mph but they do not unlock like the owners manual states. The manual does say that in order for the auto unlock to work the truck has to be in park, but I have a 6 spd truck. Has anyone who has a 6spd got the auto unlock to work? Truck is a late '05

The consensus is that us folks with the 6 speeds don't get that feature because the computer doesn't sense the vehicle is in park... . This is just what we figure because nobody with 6 speeds seem to be able to get it to work. I could on my 2004. 5 48RE.

JGann, thanks, that is what I thought, I see you have a "Thunder Road" what do you get with that package? I have the "Big Horn Edition" I wonder if it is the same package named different for different areas.

Hi Bob.

Click on the blue link to my truck and you'll see the window sticker at the top of the page. Yup -- it's the same as the Lone Star / Big Horn. The names are different for each region as you suggest. The Lone Star is Texas only I think.

I saw an 06 with the Big Horn sticker under the 2500 badge. It looked pretty cool. I'd like to get ahold of one of those stickers with the Thunder Road label.

My dealer fixed my door lock to unlock all doors with one click of the remote. (2004 6 spd) when he was programming a new remote and key. I later disabled the auto door lock @ 15 MPH and enabled the seatbelt alarm my self.

Hi George -- All that is true. He's referring to the automatic unlock of all the doors when the driver parks the truck and then opens his door. This is a neat feature that works for the automatics but has yet to be successfully enabled on the 6 speeds. Everything you mention is 100% spot on.
