Auto Leasing Question

We have a 2000 Maxima that we own outright and am thinking of leasing our next car. Will the dealer still do a trade in? I know I would do better if I sold the car by ourselfs but I dont know if I want the hassel. what about those car buying sevices?. JB

Yes, you can still trade your car just as if you were buying the vehicle. The equity value of you Maxima will then be applied toward the overall lease cost, therefore reducing your monthly payment.

Consider carefully before going that route. You currently have a vehicle that is paid off that you want to trade in on a vehicle that you will make payments for the next 3-4 years that you will won't own.
