Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Auto-manual conversion parts needed

Hello, I'm looking to convert my 96 auto to a nv4500. I've read many posts about this and realize the size of the project. I've done too much work on everything else on my truck to let it go. I don't have a donor truck. Anyone know who I could contact or where to look for the parts. Thanks Tony

I would suggest looking in the classifieds here, maybe even on DTR, and CompD, on eBay and Craig's List, and if you still don't find the parts or a donor truck I'd start looking at salvage yards.



I found the parts for mine in an ad here on TDR. The fellow was from Missouri and not a TDR member (I think he said his uncle was a member). He dealt in salvage Dodge trucks. The truck my transmission came out of was involved in a roll-over accident and totalled. I can try to contact him for you if I can find his number and see if he has anything.

Ebay had had a brake pedal and clutch on it for sale in Nevada.

Here is a web site that sells the conversion kits not to bad of price for new stuff. If you are willing to do the foot work and find the stuff used you can do it for about half.
