Does anyone have the automatic steps from Geno's? I just put on my Pace setup :D and want to put a step on my vertically challenged wife's side. I don't want to have something sticking out all the time. Do they hang down much when retracted? Easy to install?

I've got them on my '98 and the wife's '04 and love them. Just off the top of my head I would say they hang down an inch to inch and a half (adjustable). They are cheaper by the pair, and after you get them on you're wife's side, you'll want them too!

I've got them on my 01. 5 and love them. They do draw a lot of looks and questions from everyone that sees them. I'd buy another set in a minute after having these.

i have a set in the garage waiting for me to get off my recliner... I'd agree with the 1" - 1. 5" hang. we put a set on a buddies Excursion and you don't even notice them unless you're looking for them.

maybe check out these as well. i haven't seen them in person, but they put a set on a 3rd gen Ram on Xtreme 4x4 sow a couple weeks ago. look nice, same tucked in design.

They're in

These things are great! Not hard to install, sturdy, and work as advertised. I got the Kodiak steps from Geno's, BTW. I thought that they'd be kind of slow up and down, but by the time the door is open all the way, they're down. Nice product. :)

Just MAKE SURE nobody puts ANY weight on them while they are up! My 50 lb. son stripped out my passenger side and people are ALWAYS walking up and putting their foot on it asking "How does THAT work?" :D
