Auto Trans cooler

In keeping with the new policy on automatic trannys, I have a very simple question.



I have a 04. 5 with the automatic transmission. Every 12,000 miles, it gets serviced by a transmission shop. I noticed that the cooler for the transmission isn't mounted up by the grill, or am I missing something? IF the transmission cooler is located down by the pan, is there a bigger cooler I can buy?

It is mounted behind the inter-cooler. Condenser, inter-cooler, transmission cooler, radiator.

Ahh, so I wasn't looking hard enough. Now, the next question is can I put a bigger cooler on it? I hate the thought of moving it forward of the condenser, unless an electric fan is used.



Hay, I'm open for ideas.
