I'm having an apparent leakdown of transmission fluid in my transmission. When I go out in the morning to leave I can wind the engine up to 2700 rpms in drive and it will not move for around 20-30 seconds and then slowly engage so I go out and start it ans let it idle for a while and then take off. I think the transmission is "losing prime" or leaking down internally. Stealer rebuilt about 7K back and I have about 5K on a new valve body from Gomers. Anyone have this problem or have any ideas??
It will be Ok all day , it is just after it sets all night. Temp has been in the 80's here. Also, went to Stealer and bought the 'NEW' transmission oil. They also have a new gasket instead of the cork one that is rubber and metal and supposed to be reuseable.
