Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Auto. Trans. Problem

My trans. can't make it's mind up what gear in want's in at 50mph. I have 128k on it, I service it about ever 12k has anyone had this problem ? It has never done this before please help.

If it's in & out of OD, A noise filter would fix it. Call DTT 1 866 504 4002
