I've read a lot of posts regarding the failure of the autos, and have experienced two failures myself, but those were due to the dealer's inability to reassemble them correctly.
Is it the TC that fails and the rest of the trans is pretty tough, or is it just weak all over? I know the valve body helps with lubing, pressure increases etc. but if a heavy duty TC is installed along with a valve body, will this pretty much eliminate the failures?
