Auto transmission goin' south?

Lately my transmission has given me concern that it's on the way out. A month ago I was climbing a long 7% grade(13000lbs loaded) with the loud pedal on the floor just to keep 80 km/h, when near the top the truck just starts shaking as if the transmission was only grabbing every half a second. Within a couple of days it started surging when driving around town at low rpm's(12-1400). So in to the dealer it goes. They said that they adjusted the line pressure and it was good to go.
Well, same problem, so then they change the valve body. That mostly got rid of the surging but made my truck shift like a big block camaro with a stage 3 shift kit(really harsh and rough). In it goes again and they adjust the line pressure and test drive it citing that it's fixed.
Well, now it shifts fine again, but the pulsing, which only happens in first or second gear is back and worse than ever. I want to get this fixed before my warranty runs out, and I don't know where to go from here. (my line pressure can only take so much #ad
) Is my transmission shot or what? I need it to hold on until august when I'll buy a 2002 3500 with a 5 or a 6 speed.
Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

P. S my truck is a 1999 3500 quad/4x4/auto with 52000km

They are trying to band aid and bubble gum it out of warranty. Call Bill Kondolay at DTT www.dieseltrans.com

He can advise you of what is wrong and what the dealer should do, you might need to find another dealer that will fix it correctly.

t agree, call Bill K. my transmission has been overhauled 3 times. i only have 41,00 miles on my 99 3500! i finally got fed up with DC telling me my transmission is fixed when its obviously not!!!!i called bill and ordered a TC and VB. it should be in this week,can't wait to light up all four tires!good luck with whatever you decide to do!... . james
