Not real certain about this, but I hope you turned the right screw

One of the screws is line pressure if you turned the line pressure screw clockwise it would lower line pressure, possibly causing it to slip . make sure you turned the right screw the right direction.

We all like our DTT's: BUT what was the problem with the stock transmission?????????????

Inquiring minds want to know

I guess the problem with my stock transmission, according to my DTT rebuilder, was that there was so much metal and other junk from my clutches etc. , that when I changed the fluid, the thinner new fluid caused the junk to clog up the Valve Body which allowed nothing else to work properly. ??? They said that I probably could have just not changed the fluid and it would have gone on several more thousands of miles.

(In fact, my co-worker has a 94 RAM gasser 318 that went 385,000 miles before his auto transmission went bad and he NEVER ONCE changed the fluid!)

Anyway, it works now, and my question is: Will it hold an Edge COMP @ 5/5?

Pit Bull,

I broke my power steering pump several months ago and since the brakes also work on the same pump, I had a heck of a time trying to keep the beast from moving with all my foot pressure on the inop brake. I can't imagine what it would do now with my DTT transmission! :)
