Auto Transmission will not shift at all

Auto Tran



All of a sudden the transmission would not shift and would start out in 3rd gear only.

We pulled the transmission and totally rebuilt it.

Put in a new Torque converter and replaced solenoids



Reinstalled the transmission and the problem was still there.

Replaced the computer with a new one. . did not help



The code it throws is "torque converter lockup"



Rechecked the solenoids and checked all grounds. .



Any ideas
