auto w/ratchet shifter

I am converting my truck to an auto. trans and am wanting to run a ratchet shifter. Can anyone tell me if a 47rh case is the same as a 727? thats the only thing close that they list under B&M shifters

I am using a hurst in mine, the shifter will work but you better know what you are doing and make sure it is engaging each gear right, and good luck your going to need it. Hope you do better than me

What was the complications that you had? I ordered a B&M light truck megashifter.
