Automatic Rebuild Location

Does anyone out there know of a place in the Wheeling WV area that would be a good place to get some new life put in an automatic transmission out of a "94" 4WD ?? The transmission is still working fine but seems to be shifting in and out of O. D. . I dont know if it is the transmission or the throttle position sensor. The truck has 100,000 miles on it.

The TPS is the prime suspect for those symptoms.

You should check your brake light switch first. Mine was set so close that if I hit alittle bump it would light the brake lights and drop out my OD and cruise if it was on.

I would also look at the TPS. I've seen that cause most of the problems like yours.
