I have a 2002 3500 with the auxiliary springs above the main springs. when I hook up my trailer of course the bed goes down.

On looking at the aux springs I noted that the left front pickup pad was on the spring and the rear pad had about 3/4" clearance. Fine, but on the right side this was reversed.

The rear pad was on the aux spring and the front pad had the clearance.

i have asked the dealer about this but have received no answer as yet.

Anyone else noticed/experienced this/

If so, what did you do?

I've got an '01. 5 2500 with the factory aux. springs. When I put the camper in the bed, it squats down with the front of the springs resting on the pads, and the rear of the springs ar 3/4"

from touching the rear pads.

Sounds like your spring pads are mis mounted on your truck. Check out a dealer's lot for other '02's and see if they are like yours.

Raise cain with the stealer if yours needs fixin'.
