Yes, you'll be able to call up the cargo camera from within the touchscreen while driving, it only displays about 10 or 15 seconds though when moving. It stays on indefinitely when speed is zero.

Edit: All auxiliary switches can be programed to be battery or ignition fed, momentary on and save last state in the EVIC. (See programming menu page)
