They are out of Washington State, and it will take time to find the receipt, if I still have it. I know their out of business since their website is down. It's a shame since I really like the setup.
My friend was looking for something like this and with the paperwork you have now, he got the metal, bent the angle he needed to raise the filter head bar, welded them together and drilled the holes for the mount and filter head threads. Instead of painting, he found a place to power coat it and then mounted. He lives the other side of the country from me now, so I don't know of the cost and how hard it was, but he said it wasn't bad at all. The filter heads on my unit are Baldwins FB1311. You can get a cross reference from NAPA and all the hardware needed through them. Once installed, just change the filters. The threads are common and you can use Donaldson, Baldwin, Fleetguard, NAPA and so on.
I like it because it's tucked away without being in a dangerous area, no trash buildup from the road, the area has lost of free flowing air for the summer heat, and still warm for the winter time when I drive through cold areas. Easy to get to for changing filters and not hanging where road trash can damage the filters. And I didn't have to strap to or drill my frame. I'm picky about my frame. Also, when I plan on converting from the stock lift pump to a FASS, there is less weight hanging from the FASS bracket, and I can consider where I want to place the pump without all that weight and metal hanging, consuming open space.
