Does anyone know of an adaptor that would allow a direct feed of an audio source into the factory six disc cd stereo? I have a Sirius radio plugged in to the back of the radio now and would like to add an input from a laptop. I really don't want to use an FM mudulator.
Don't think there's any such adaptor, but if you've got the wiring diagrams for the radio harness you could easily splice into it and build your own connector for your laptop.
There is acutally a device. You can actually buy a bus, and connect up to something like 3 or 4 devices to that input. Pretty slick. Check out http://www.logjamelectronics.com for more info.
I have some wiring diagrams on my website for the Mopar OEM radio systems. I got them from a Jeep Grand Cherokee website. I assume they are accurate for the Dodge Rams as well. See it at http://www.klenger.net/dodge/audio/index.htm
