I am about to order a light bar and 4 100W lights. So, what is the best way to wire the lights up with a switch so as to not have any problems with the factory wiring system?

I am planning on the Soltek Halogen lights with a DRC light bar.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I ran all my wires separate to the factory stuff. I mounted the switch by the power window switches, switched on the ground side. Took power directly from battery,to trip the relay and power lights.

I plan on 4 lamps, so I need two 30A relays. Now, what type of inline fuse would you recommend and where in the setup would you put it? Should it go between the relay and battery? I am kinda new to this wiring stuff.

Thanks in advance.

When you wire in the lights you want your inline fuse to your switch as close to the power source as can be and still be accessible.
