Help - SAFETRIP RV Warranty

I have recently purchased a 1979 Avion 9. 3 (29 foot) travel trailer. It's three axle, in fairly decent shape.

HELP! I need some form of owners manual. If any TDR members have something close to this year and model, I'll gladly pay for the cost of copies, or for your time and trouble to scan it and Email it to me. Thanks.

Avion has a national club and a website. Do a search on Avion Travelcade Club. You're sure to find someone who can help with your specific model. If you draw a blank on the club get back to me. I've club info filed in some forgotten place.

If you still need help let me know. we are a member of the Avion CLub. There is a Classic Avion Club that has all that info.

This is the Avion website operated by Don (Dr. G. ) Gradeless. His website includes classified ads, maintenance and repair information, club news, and lots of historical info on vintage Avions. Send Dr. G. an e-mail at the website and he will be able to assist you in obtaining an owner's manual.

I'm confused by your description. A 9. 3 meter Avion but only 29' and with triple axles? I think your trailer is probably known as a 34' but actually 35' long.

If you're interested in joining the Silver Avion Fellowship, a loosely organized group of vintage Avion owners, send me an e-mail. The SAF limits membership to owners of the vintage aircraft construction Avion brand trailers, motorhomes, and slide-in truck campers. The SAF conducts several annual gatherings and publishes an informative newsletter. Cost to join is $10.
