Fridge blows out !!!

Dually 4x4, is the bed to high for a 5er?

My 5th wheel is three years old. It has an 18' 8500 A&E awning. The awning has shifted toward one end of the awning tube. This makes it difficult to roll back up. The arm has to be pushed side ways to line up with bracket at top. I have tried to slide awning back to center of awning tube but so far no luck. Any one with tip on centering awning back up?

I'm curious about this also. I had mine do the same thing when I mistakenly went to a movie when camped off of Lake Powell (with my awning out) and to my surprise one of the killer storms blew in shortly after I left. I was able to tug mine enough to get it to roll back up, but it isn't even close to being centered now. I think the only reason I had any luck trying to slide it at all is that the trailer was a 2002 model and everything was still loose.

Sometimes this will work if the problem is stretched fabric, usually from a strong wind. Unroll the awning and wet it real good both top and bottom and then let it dry out real good before rolling it up. I know the fabric is waterproof but it still soaks up enough moisture to shrink a little when it dries. If the problem is due to the fabric being stretched more on one end than the other, this should work. Sometimes the stretching is obvious when the awning is unrolled. It doesn't stretch as tight on one end as the other. Hope this helps.
