Well it is time. .

Comments from 'Been there - Done that' please Oo.

Replaced many like these in past - just not this vintage. . :-laf

4x4 front axle. . outer drive joints. .

What special tools are needed to get the hub and bearing assy out of the way. .

Have good supply of automotive tools collection handy - just asking for some quick 'get started' ideas... and some - if any - don't do this. . :{

Thanx...

No special tools needed,It is easiest if you remove the rotor first. You don't want any more weight to handle than nec. The axle will have a snug fit in the hub residing in your neck of the woods. Be carefull removing the wheel speed sensor,they are not cheap.

Do a search here on these joints. There are several threads that describe the process. I just did mine and there are no special tools required. Leave hub and bearing assembly intact on the shaft. Let us know if you cannot find the info after a search.
