Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) axle seals

my front passanger axle seal is leak really REALLY bad i was wondering how to replace it and if any body had a napa part # the truck is a 2000 2500 thanks in advance -- drew

I got the same problem right now. Search the records, there is a link in one of the threads that explains in detail of how to do the procedure. As per the seal, i went to the dealer. I asked the same question last week and i got no response, so i assume there is only the ******* seals to use. cya !

Well we put the axle seals in the other night. Quite an interesting job. It took 2 hours, 30 minutes of that was making a seal puller to get the seals in place. I was going to replace the u-joints while i had it broke down, but the dude at the parts place gave me the wrong u-joints, errrrrrrrrrrrr ! What's the best u-joint to put in the front Dana60 ?

i personally like dana spicer i think they are a higher quality u joint.
