Yes, 173 miles, but it's a scenic drive. I'd probably pay the 12 bucks if it's genuine Hatch chile powder. How about sending me the contact info Tejas? Where we live they don't have a clue what real chile powder is. Collard greens and field peas, yes - chiles, no.

Pure red chile powder. I suggest mild or medium and simmer it until it doesnt taste gritty. UMMMMM GOOD.
